About the Ernst Donation
÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ received a $3 million gift from Max and Debra Ernst and family to name the Corewell Health William ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ University Hospital Ernst Cardiovascular Center in Memory of Ellen Ernst, Max's late wife. The gift established a dedicated facility at Corewell Health William ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ University Hospital for the diagnosis, treatment
and care of people with heart and vascular disease.
The success of the Corewell Health William ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ University Hospital Ernst Cardiovascular Center created a need for expansion. Max and Debra Ernst have increased their support to ÷ÈÓ°Ö±²¥ heart and vascular care to a total of $8 million dollars and established the Max & Debra Ernst Center.
